Accommodations
So what are those out of towners that can't really bring camping gear supposed to do?
Bring what you can...
If you have a tent and a sleeping bag, toss 'em in the trunk! You really don't need your whole collection of camping supplies, just a place to rest your head. For those who can't supply their own gear, don't have room or would rather stay in a comfy hotel please read on...
Tent Rentals:
The only place in Albuquerque that we can find that rents camping supplies is REI. The tents range in price from $22-$36. Their phone number is (505)247-1191. Reservations can be made 1 month early, so reserve one on May 12th! Supplies are limited and June is a busy month for camping, so don't wait until the last minute!
Another option: This four person tent at Wal-Mart sells for $32.88. You can even have it delivered to a store in Albuquerque for free if you buy it online.
